Employee Appreciation Day may be coming up fast on March 1, but WorkTango platform admins like you deserve to be celebrated every day. In honor of “WorkTango Admin Appreciation Month”, today we launched a few new features and enhancements designed to make your platform administrative experience easier and more efficient.
Effortlessly keep data up-to-date with new HRIS integrations
It’s now easier than ever for you to connect the WorkTango platform directly to 43 different HRIS providers. These integrations not only sync standard user data on a nightly basis, but now provide the ability to map and import custom fields such as point rules.New settings make imports more powerful than ever
Get ready for better imports! Over the next few weeks, the WorkTango team is rolling out enhanced import settings that provide more flexible configuration options for user management. Enhancements include additional settings for departments, locations, and groups; date formats; archiving users; manager information, and more.
The improved imports are also faster, and have better reporting capabilities. They also allow admins to send an invitation email to any newly created user to help drive platform log-ins and engagement.

Expand reporting and segmentation possibilities with private groups
WorkTango's new private groups functionality allows admins to create and import user groups for system reporting purposes that do not display to non-admin users in other areas of the system (such as the Activity Feed, the Recognition Activity dashboard, etc.).
Private groups allow in-platform insights reports and dashboards to have key demographic data such as salary bands, employee level information, or other sensitive employee data HR teams may wish to report on.
Send recognition on the go with an enhanced mobile app
Employees are busier than ever these days. That’s why WorkTango has simplified our mobile app experience to make it easy for employees to recognize and reward colleagues while on the go. Update your app to access the latest version.
All “Send Recognition” fields are now visible within the WorkTango mobile app. Employees can send a GIF via mobile, and are able to select up to 50 recipients to send a recognition to. So wherever your team members are located, no matter if they’re working from home or commuting to an office, recognition is now only one click away.
