WorkTango Product Releases: July 2024
This July product release contains a variety of new features that will save both you and your employees time. These include Bulk Recognition capabilities, plus curated filters and dashboards that have been configured to surface only the most relevant and actionable information to admins and/or employees.
Bulk Recognition is now available
Admins can now easily recognize large numbers of employees at once. Dynamically select recipients, schedule delivery in advance, and customize the sender to be your company, a senior leader, or any employee.
Bulk Recognition does not require a CSV upload to identify recipients, can deliver to as many as 50,000 employees at once, and includes a preview widget and budget impact widget to display how many total points will be sent along with the Recognition.

Activity Attributes Dashboard
Better understand employee platform activity levels across department, manager organization, and more with the Activity Attributes Dashboard.
This Dashboard categorizes users into four groups depending on their activity level, and displays benchmarks and trends to help admins easily interpret the data.

User Activity Dashboard updates
The existing User Activity Dashboard has now been enhanced with the addition of new visualizations, in-platform explanations of each graph, and Activity Attributes data.

Activity Feed Filter updates
It’s now easier than ever to empower employees and managers to further filter their platform activity feeds to cut down on noise, and view only what’s most relevant instead.
Customize the activity feed to suit individual and manager needs and departments and watch employee engagement and program participation rise.

"Your Activity" Dashboard
Enable employees to view their own WorkTango platform activity and trends over time. Employees will be able to view their overall activity levels with the platform, as well as how their activity varies by month and which types of activities they complete most frequently within WorkTango in a personalized dashboard.

Mobile App updates
Employees who use WorkTango’s mobile app will find it easier than ever to navigate, thanks to an improved activity feed. To access the latest functionality, make sure to update the app prior to using it.
